Day out walking at Craster by Dunstanburgh Castle, fish finger sandwiches for lunch at the Jolly Fisherman and a beach stroll at Low Newton as the sun went down.

Did the same run as yesterday, but with better weather and 5 minutes faster. Working off some of the rich food from the past few days!

Had a wee lunch out with H at the new Pomelo in Sciennes. Tiny menu, tiny place, good food. We had pork noodles and fried chicken burger. Worth a visit!

First nursery run today - settling in week for Jack. It’s arrived so fast!

8km run around a similar St Albans route today, this time with a short detour for a self portrait with a Roman mosaic.

Morning 6km run around St Albans. Jogged through the market, around the cathedral and down to Verulamium Park.

We are off on a road trip down south, Edinburgh to St Alban’s over two days, weekend there for a family memorial, and then back over Monday-Tuesday. Premier Inn Harrogate last night.

Went to see Will MacAskill speak up at the University on Effective Altrusim and his book What We Owe the future. Worth reading and reflecting on.

Jack just did a commando crawl. We have forward motion!
