Cycled out with the boy to Down the Hatch at Port Edgar Marina today. Almost all on cycle paths from central Edinburgh. Great day for it!

Pretty much perfect day - walked through the autumn leaves at the Birks of Aberfeldy, read the Burns poem out loud, over to Loch Tay to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and lob rocks into the water.

Drove up for a wander around Dunkeld this afternoon. Walked around the cathedral, threw stones in the river, found a playpark.

Went for a walk in the Dales yesterday near Reeth, up past the Old Gang Smelting Mine. It got pretty misty at the top!

Spent the afternoon at Parliament talking to MSPs about the Scottish Technology scene and what I thought could be done to improve the ecosystem. Thanks to Gordon Guthrie for organising!

Solstice segement run with Interval Running up Arthur’s Seat. Gordon and I put in one segment each. Incredible effort from some other folks doing loads more!

11km around Parkrun and back with the boy in the buggy, so a wee treat from the new Toscano sandwich place in Bruntsfield for lunch. Recommended!
